Upon full payment, all Deliverables created specifically for the Client become the Client's property. This includes:
We retain rights to pre-existing intellectual property, development tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in service delivery.
Any open source software used remains under its respective licenses. We ensure compliance with all open source licensing requirements.
Service guarantees and limitations
Limits of responsibility
In no event shall Geeta Systems be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Geeta Systems in the six months preceding the claim.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, including contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory.
